The Carnita and Pastor tacos were the best. Chicken and Beef were okay, neither tasted seasoned. Beans needed a little something more for flavor, but they did taste homemade. Rice had some flavor, but tasted watery, so I am thinking they made have hydrated them on the line with some water as they were drying out which made them taste this way.
Queso Birria Tacos (3) were good, but they needed maybe a little more salt and maybe toasted a bit more on the grill to get some char to the tortilla.
All the tacos were packed well with meat and cheese.
I would suggest an option when selecting the tacos as far as how you want them made as I got mine with corn, but wanted flour. I put down American with cilantro and onion which means it should have been flour with lettuce, tomato, cheese and add cilantro and onion to it. "
