I asked for my additional rice and they said they didn't have enough to give me and it would be 30-45 minutes. So it was clearly and intentional decision to not give me everything I ordered and just try to get away with it. The rice I did get was super hard and disgusting. It clearly wasn't fresh at all and had probably been sitting under the heat lamps all day. It was pretty disappointing for how much I paid for versus what I received, the chicken didn't even fill the box."
