I guess people are expecting jumbo 15-20 count shrimp on a $10 dollar Philly but that's just unreasonable, in my opinion. The food is EXACTLY as advertised and I would ignore such complaints. 9/10 because VERY RARELY my fries has been slightly undercooked (and they sent me new fries so not a problem but I can see how that might be inconvenient for most). Other than that, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this restaurant for people who are feeding a lot of mouths. One Philly can EASILY feed 2-3 people and the prices are very affordable.
