The biscuit was the only thing they truly got right. For the $15 I paid (not including tax and tip), I expect much better. The chicken should be fresh and the sides should be filled to the top. You're about to lose a customer for life if you don't get these issues under control."

Then I pay an inflated amount for a box meal and a chocolate bar and again get cold (as in one was still partially frozen) "large" fries and THREE cheese curds. That's definitely not a large fry or half order. Same goes for the second MrBeast Box, a upgrade to FIVE whole cheese curds and tenders that look like they came from a chicken otaku."

Fried White Cheddar Bites were good but bland. this is my 2nd time ordering from zaxbys using door dash and I don't think im going to risk it again. its just not good enough to pay like $15 in fees plus the $35 for food that is just not good."
