But i figured... Same store, same order.. so I assumed I'd be getting the same things. The egg rolls were kinda cold. but still tasted good. The Combination (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) from lone oak was priced the same as the mall area store (13.95), but I received about half the amount that I got from the mall area location. Also there were two *huge* chunks of what felt and looked like chicken or beef cartilage in the hot and sour soup. i was grossed out and disappointed and couldn't eat my soup. very displeased. "This was about as disappointing as it gets. Once again, I was shortchanged on my sides. The red red beans and rice was filled only 1/3 of the way, while the mashed potatoes were maybe 1/2 filled! This is a systemic issue that's been going on for months at this location. Also, the chicken tenders were tough and tasted like they had been sitting for a couple of hours. The biscuit was the only thing they truly got right. For the $15 I paid (not including tax and tip), I expect much better. The chicken should be fresh and the sides should be filled to the top. You're about to lose a customer for life if you don't get these issues under control."
