I almost felt bad paying so little because it’s easily worth $10–$15. Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere in the shop is amazing. I don’t know much Arabic beyond ordering bread and a few greetings, but the two women working there welcomed me in without hesitation. They were probably two of the hardest-working people I’ve ever seen in Utah, and their dedication shows in every bite.
