"Our food was prepared correctly and packeaged nicely. The requested over medium eggs were just right. Food was just as amazing as we had been in the restaurant. Our two iced drinks came full and still cold. I'm surprised by others' negative reviews of Cafe Kacao, maybe they were on the weekend? I probably would not doordash Kacao on the weekend, it is probably the busiest restaurant in the city by far."

Tastes fresh and good portion. Didn't love jalapeno cheddar Chips though but might just be a me thing. They weren't really spicy. Would order #8 Cafe Club Sandwich with different chips again."

"I ordered the "Two can dine" 5 piece chicken meal thinking it would be a tasty & cost effective dinner choice. The delivery time and lady that brought my meal were both excellent. However, The food was not 😞what I had expected, I ended up with one drumstick, one breast and three wings! According to the in app description I was supposed to get two legs, two thighs, and a breast (Along with two regular sized sides and two biscuits). I was hungry so I decided launching a complaint would get in the way of me feeding my face. Unfortunately the three chicken wings were hard, like biting into a rock! I Also ended up with one biscuit, sides that were barely warm, and red beans and rice that were just rice with a few beans. I really like Popeyes food, when prepared correctly, however, this restaurant seems to have difficulties with my orders all too often. I really hope this location gets better soon."
