"i'm mexican american and moved out here from los angeles 3 years ago. despite what some may think, there's really no real mexican food in framingham. like most other “mexican” places around here, their mexican items are not really authentic, but this is the only place with decent tacos. the tacos, huaraches and gorditas (not authentic) are good. my mom and i love the carnitas and carne asada for tacos and gorditas. everyone out here seems to think lettuce and tomatoes belong on burritos and nachos. they don't, ever. also no authentic mexican rice, it looks and has the texture of pre-made rice. torta is good, but definitely is not a mexican torta. most of the other stuff is pretty tasty. the bistec encebollada and chuleta encebollada are delicious when you don't get a hard piece of meat. i personally love the peppery chicken wings, pork tamales, pupusas revueltas, chicharron colombiano and the churros with balverian cream. the salvadoran horchata is the best too."
