The Jerk Chicken (Dark Meat) was chargrilled to PERFECTION with crispy skin and a good kick of heat. Most places here I've had always put sauce on it which takes away from that and the skin becomes soggy; sometimes the chicken isn't even spicy. The Mac and cheese was surprisingly excellent. My bf loved it and he's a Mac and cheese maniac. The rice and beans and cabbage were also amazing and neither were dry.
