"Excellent food. Excellent pulled pork , not tossed for big orders, they will give you sauce. Sauces are very good, spicy and original. Cole slaw was good and just fine, nothing fancy. I hate to say it but it just was. Blah. You need my potato salad recipe. The bbq beans were good. The lemon icebox pie was delicious and HUGE. It was really enough for three pieces of pie. So, for Utahns this is good bbq when compared to other local shops. But for this southern gal, it just wasn't up to the level I'm used to. Great portion sizes, you do get your moneys worth!"

"Ok, first, let me say that I'm from the South and this is NOT how we cook catfish. We use a breading with cornmeal in it that makes it super light & crispy.
