Good undercarriage, nicely sauced and cheesed. Major flop when held, hardly any crisp. Very flavorful though. I liked it personally. Dave would probably rate it a 7.5, I'd give it a 7.9. The PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE - Nicely sauced, noodles are al dente. Good flavor, similar flavor profile sauce to what was on the Margherita pizza. I'd give it an 8.1.
