"Just because I know someone's job depends on the star rating, and the day crew - y'all rock, 5 stars. We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing. "I order pretty regularly from here and each time I get more disappointed. The food is good! But the service is inconsistent at best. When I pay for extra dressing, they never include it and sometimes don't give you any dressing at all. The amount of chicken tenders you can get as an add-on on a Garden Salad Entree is laughable (about three 2"-3" pieces).
