The Cheese Chips I paid over $20 for were cold & hard. I understand hot food will cool down during the time it takes to be delivered, but the delivery or the Dasher cannot be blamed - I'm 1.8km from the restaurant & I watched the Dasher on the map waiting for my order to be ready & then come directly to me. My only comment would be that the bag needs to be sticky taped or stapled so delivery people can't interfere with the food, not that I thought my delivery person did."
