I truly felt like there was something different about Kin Lin. The food was warm, the chicken was perfectly sauced, the rice was fluffy. The crab Rangoon had a creamy filling with a crunchy exterior. The dumplings were soft but not soggy. The egg rolls had a perfect crisp. In items like the sweet and sour chicken and the egg rolls, the was some greasiness.
