I got the hot open pot roast sandwich which comes with soup or salad, potato and vegetables. So under special requests I asked for a side of extra gravy and either curly fries or a baked potato. The bag was very light so I knew the amount of food was going to be disappointing. Really what I received was incredibly sad and disgusting, especially for the price. The only side I got was a salad with NO dressing. They didnt give me any potatoes or veggies. The "pot roast" was some low grade meat on 2 thick slices of bread to make it look like more with some orange- brown gravy. More on the orange side. I've never seen pot roast gravy that color . So I am grateful they didn't give me the extra side that I asked for, since it was beyond gross. Definitely my worse food delivery ever. I don't understand how a place that serves food like this manages to stay in business. So gross I couldnt even consider trying something else from them. "

"bacon strips weren't even straps, looked like they cut 2 straps in half length wise and was just the under cooked fat, toast was over cooked and the eggs was barely 1 scrambled egg. they gave 30 packets of ketchup for 1 egg. the only decent thing was the hash brown. so I basically paid almost $8 for a McDonald's type hash brown. very disappointed."

"Shrimp Moilee wasn't like the photo at all and had a weird after taste to it. The Butter Chicken sauce was good but what is up with the thin cuts of chicken??? Butter Chicken is usually made with tender cuts of chicken thighs. Chicken was just thin, dry and tasted like store brought cut-up chicken breast. Naan bread was also very soggy at the edges with the way it was packaged. Overall, I would not order from this place again."

"Never had a issue with their breakfast sandwiches but their lunch sandwiches are laughable. I have tried it on three separate occasions. First time I only got two slices of turkey. The second time it was more proportionate but still not enough for the price. Then the third time I got two slices of turkey, no lettuce, and all sun dried tomatoes. "

"This PHILLY CHICKEN tastes absolutely amazing. I ordered my PHILLY CHICKEN on a toasted Grinder, well done with american cheese, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and no mushrooms. The portion size is great---and filling! It came hot, fresh, and everything tastes well cooked and well seasoned, especially the sautéed onions and peppers! The HASHBROWN came hot and fresh as well. I would highly recommend, and I will be ordering again! "I got the veggie burger melt, and the lemon raspberry cheesecake. They were packaged beautifully, the food was cooled off, but it still had heat coming off of it by the time it arrived. If that makes sense. I appreciate keeping the cheesecake separate from the hot food as well. I love cheesecake factory there's always something for everybody and it's good quality. It's definitely my go to place. And the portions are always very generous. Sometimes enough that you can have seconds the next day, which is the best. The veggies on my cheeseburger were fresh and good."
