It is so difficult to find a place that knows how to fry chicken. Some use no flour and the chicken is fried hard and dry or rubbery. Some use too much flour/batter and the chicken is buried underneath this burned armor of flour that hurts my teeth. THESE wings are nicely sized and the texture is perfect! "I wanted to bring to your attention the disappointing experience I had with my recent order. Unfortunately, the food was not acceptable and did not meet basic quality standards.
• I requested to swap a sausage for a potato, but was given one normal-sized potato and another that was only the size of a quarter.
• The egg was so overcooked that it was extremely hard, almost as if the shell were still on it.
• The chicken appeared undercooked and unsafe to eat.
• None of the items had any seasoning, making the meal bland and unappetizing.
Given these issues, I was unable to enjoy my meal and regretted not cancelling the order altogether. I have attached a photo of the outside of the food, though unfortunately I did not capture the undercooked chicken.
I kindly request a refund or credit for this order, as the quality was far below expectations.

"Everything was great!! We frequently order from here. I just have a few notes.
- The calamari was a hit as always. I don't eat it, but the others said it was just a tad rubbery. Normally, it is not. It didn't stop them from devouring it. Also, the portion isn't the best. I ordered 3 just to make sure it's enough for the other 4.
- The rice, chef's kiss! The portion is perfect for the price. We ordered extra pork but didn't really see a difference from normal.
