"I am posting pics of the lobster flatbread so customers can see without only verbal information, how this order was. Maybe this is part of why RL is having financial issues, or as a result of the issues the restaurant no longer cares to provide quality food. Very disappointing to pay high prices to receive what I did. Because of how much it was overcooked, I was only able to eat 2 squares of the New! Lobster Flatbread after taking the toppings (almost non existent lobster-mostly was tomatoes, parsley and some cheese) off of all the other flatbread squares to put on the 2 least burnt squares and warm up them up slowly myself since everything delivered was cool temp at best. The majority of the squares were so over cooked they were inedible. So disappointing and overpriced for what I received. I would have given zero stars if permitted. I've also given a picture of the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms and this pic displays exactly what I received. I only opened the container and took the image to accurately show them. I understand they won't look as good as when received when at the restaurant, but these look bad and didn't taste any better. The only thing that tasted as good as I would expect was the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits® which I ate one of and I will guess will be the menu item most missed if RL does indeed go out of business. Very unfortunate because at one time RL did offer and deliver much better tasting food."

"Both the 1/2 cranberry pecan salad and 1/2 pot roast dip sandwich were made as menu described (as was the entire order) and both were very good. The bread on the sandwich does get wet from the sautéed onions but that can easily be changed with a few minutes in an air fryer or oven. Because of how it is made, it comes that way as a takeout or dine in sandwich so that's good to know if you don't like any of your bread wet. The Build Your Own Omelet was large and had the appropriate amount of ingredients selected. The Glazed Blueberry Bread is a very good seasonal option. My personal preference is crispy shredded hash browns and mine were definitively not and need more time cooking.There is no ability to ask for cooking preference on them when placing the order as the restaurant chooses NOT to accept any "special requests". Overall this order was great and it's nice to receive the food as ordered including all of the sides, condiments, salad dressing and dipping gravy on the side. Nothing was forgotten which doesn't always happen on take out orders so that was appreciated. I would definitely place a DD order again from here."

While The chicken is of high quality and good The pineapple was canned and while I think canned pineapple works well on pizza because it's warmed anyway, it didn't do much for the salad. There also wasn't very much lettuce and the cheese seemed to be feta and not blue cheese crumbles. As for the Store Review; For this order I got two Spaghetti & Meatballs and one "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie. 3/5 for the Spaghetti & Meatballs and here is why; The spaghetti has been slightly overcooked, resulting in certain noodles having a firm and chewy texture along their edges. However, the core of the dish appears satisfactory, with appropriate warmth. Additionally, the meatballs weren't over seasoned and have a decent taste. Would I pay $15 for the same dish? For the portion and quality, no. As for the "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie I was unfortunately disappointed. The picture shows a warm, chewy cookie that looks like it would melt on the touch. The one I received was definitely warm, so warm in fact that it was burnt. the edges are very rough. Seems like it was left in the oven for a little too long. If this dish was cooked a little less I would definitely consider buying it again- even with the $15 price it carries. over-all 3/5"

But worse, the strawberries in it were rotting and it's liquid contents were going up the inside of the container mixing with the yogurt. I couldn't eat this after I tasted it. Occasionally Panera has been a good choice for a meal even if the cost vs amount of food received isn't always the best value. Unfortunately todays meal was a total waste of money spent so that was a disappointment."
