It seemed like they were more than half just tortilla wrap and missed most of the advertised fillings. I guess they figured the flavor of your chosen dip might distract from the high price and bad value. These look premade in a factory because of how tight they are, so I assume this particular subway location and its staff are not to blame."

Their pizza isn't technically Celiac-safe because it is made in a shared oven, but their GF crusts are in their own pans, and they are FABULOUS! For me personally it's well worth the activated charcoal to ward off any reaction to cross-contamination. Their regular pizza is also awesome (from what I remember prior to being diagnosed). They are a small, family-owned restaurant that takes pride in being respectful to their customers and making quality food.
