"well the flavor was fantastic but the portion was under a lunch for one and paying that much I would want to be able to share it with one or two other people. there was a lot of bone there was a fair amount of meat for a miniature lunch portion but for entree far beneath the amount that should have been served. a lot of liquid quite a bit of rice and if you were to include the bone and they were big and you're starting to get near a single person's entree for around $16. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce but mostly just liquid."

"Second try on the Ulavacharu Guddu Biryani (Egg Special), I got the same spice level (hot) but seems much more mild than last time. Still unequivocally delicious bursts of flavor in every bite, so not a complaint. But I'm not British and I come for the heat, I want the spice. Ravi's used to be my favorite until they started toning down their spice level exponentially to the point it wasn't spicy at all, a disgusting waste of good food and unworthy of the price. Please don't pull a Ravi's and stay delicious. Godavari is now my #1 place, for good Indian flavor and heat, not to confused readers with that heavy cream stuff they serve at buffets and call curry,that stuff is more British than Indian."

It doesnt taste onion-y...the flavors blend together in pure awesomeness. Tasty doesn't do these, or the incl sauces justice. Flavorful in the best way ( I'm picky), like everything I've had from Bridges. The Khuwa Momos (Sweet Momos), admittedly, I was timid about, but once again, was very pleasantly surprised. A sweet treat for sure, but balanced—not like desserts most places. "Ok, brace yourself, Im passionate about this place. Meat Bowl is enough for 2 good-size dinners. Great flavor. Perfect comfort food. I am a picky eater and I have yet to find something at Bridges that I dont like. The Tikka is amazing. They use A+ quality herbs and spices, and it becomes obvious when you compare them to similar regional restaurants. The flavor is just deeper and better. I don't usually like onions or peppers, never have, but at Bridges, I do. That's how good their food is. I usually go to OG in Northside, but glad I decided to give EWH location a chance. My only criticisms for Desi Bites is that they don't give you enough rice for the portion size, and sometimes they overcook their chicken dishes. Most of the time the food is perfect.
