"I have ordered hundreds of times through DoorDash and have never had such horrible quality of products. I ordered a large iced caramel latte with extra caramel. There was no ice or caramel in the drink and they sent a medium. My mocha latte didn't taste like mocha and was warm. The donuts tasted stale and like leftsovers from yesterday. I expected more from Krispy Kreme. The Harry Potter donuts were a mess. I will stick with my Dunkin. Not a fan of Krispie Kreme."

"I tried the iced office for the first time. It was a nice medium dark brew. I asked for Vanilla creamer but only got half & half. Vanilla creamer would have made it better but that's the disadvantage of not going to the restaurant yourself I guess. The tots were a little cold to say that the restaurant was less than 2 miles away. The biscuit was perfectly soft and buttery (compared to some locations where they're crunchy). Overall good meal and good service. "
