"I’ve been a loyal customer of Rice by Mama for some time, but unfortunately, the consistency and quality have noticeably declined over time. One of my go-to dishes, the Pad Thai, used to be flavorful and generous in portion — especially with the chicken. Lately, I’ve noticed significantly less chicken included with each order, making it feel more like a side than a main dish. Additionally, I’ve repeatedly requested a specific spice level, and more often than not, it’s either far too mild or unexpectedly spicy — completely inconsistent with what I asked for. It’s disappointing when a dish arrives and it’s not prepared to your preference, especially when you’ve made it clear. I really hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and brings back the quality and attention to detail that once made it a favorite. "
