This time took me out lets first start with the styrofoam container was so light I had to shake it to make sure something was in there once I started to open the container I jumped so quick because i noticed a MAGGOT on the container an im not exaggerating I will post pics if it allows me to. The fries looked like they had been sitting overnight and they warmed them in the microwave this was so crazy I have never experienced anything like this AT ALL! I also wish that restaurants which served lots of fried food would follow Chili's lead on packaging take out orders. When you pkg fried food in styrofoam containers and then place it in plastic bags that are tied up, the steam has nowhere to go. You are ensuring that your customers have soggy food by the time it gets to their house. Using cardboard take out containers and paper bags helps the fried food retain its integrity and stay crispy. Needless to say, my food was pretty soggy. The catfish held up pretty well though. I don't think I would ever order from here again, however, it was an enjoyable meal. Just not very memorable ."

"My Breakfast Toast was delicious! The Guacamole was so fresh! I also got the Yogurt Parfait, for the 2nd time , it is so fresh withthe seasonal fruit! I don 't now where they get their blueberries, but they are sooo sweet & yummy ! The bottom of the Yogurt Parfait has some delicious sweetness, that left me feeling happy ;:) The Drip Coffee was good. They have an option for coffee " Leave Room". I have never seen this as an option anywhere, but as a person with a mobility issue , this was amazing ! I got a 12 Oz coffee and selected " leave room " it was just below the lid line and I could safely carry my hot coffee ! As a person with mobility issues this was HUGE !!! Ty Socialite !"

"I love they're Bistros! I have had every flavor. Their GF products have good taste, but they have been drier and quite crumbly. I've also enjoyed all of their drinks. They are definitely a REAL COFFEE biz. They have great balance of coffee and dessert vs "coffee" shops that confuse dessert for a coffee drink. My only real "sneer" is regarding the $1.50 cream cheese cost compared to $1 for bacon or eggs. I feel like I'm being punished for being "basic" in my Bagels tradition. "
