"Inca's is my favorite restaurant in Tucson. If you want a unique & delicious meal try the lomo, pollo, or shrimp saltados (spicy- if you like spicy food- but you can get them non spicy, too). The seafood dishes are also top notch, the crema volteado dessert is a perfect ending to any meal, and the salads are especially tasty. "I keep hoping to find someplace in Tucson with good teriyaki. I am still looking. Washington, California and even New Mexico have had great teriyaki, so I know it can be done. The"steamed" vegetables must have only been in the steam for a minute. The carrots were so raw that I couldn't even spear them with a fork. The only vegetable that approached being done were the few slices of zucchini. Too bad they didn't coordinate the vegetables with the chicken.
