"I specifically req in wro on my order to add extra cereal to the pint of ice cream I ordered. Instead it seems they added less than usual. I prefer multiple pieces of cereal in every bite, however at a minimum there should be one piece. My pint of ice cream had a piece every couple of bites. If that were acceptable to me I would buy a $6 half gallon from the grocery instead of $16 for a PINT! Without the cereal it is just plain ice cream. The little bit that I ate while stirring it around trying to get a piece of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in my spoon was not enjoyable and a complete waste of money. With that said, there is at least one employee at this location that knows how to read an order and understands that the customer is paying $16 a pint because they want to taste the flavor and texture of their item choice, but it is few and far between.
