"Disappointed. I LOVE the downtown NYC eataly and was so excited to try this! What a letdown! First of all, compared to most restaurants around here, the portions are tiny! And so expensive! Second, disappointing food. The Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe was so ordinary. I could have made much better myself. So plain unflavorful... blah!!! This is one of my favorite dishes! The Ravioli di Zucca could have been fantastic! The butter sauce was amazing! But the ravioli were hard and what a ripoff for the price. So sad. I wanted to love this "
