Puffed Rice (Chat Pate) is a large serving and mild still has a little spicy kick like it should. I wish there were a little more bits of cucumbers but that's a preference because I love contrasting textures with crunchy and soft in my snack foods. "I got the Any 3 Rolls combo, specifically with 3 Salmon Avocado rolls and the Miso soup, and it was excellent as always. The portions are good, and the ingredients are deliciously fresh. But not only is their food excellent, so is their customer service. They're consistently really respectful about my request for no wasabi (it causes me severe gastrointestinal upset due to a preexisting health condition), and even my requests for no ginger and low sodium soy sauce, which are just my preferences, but ones they always nail, too. I sincerely really appreciate this restaurant's staff, as they obviously emphasize quality and care in all of the most important aspects of their business. I'd enthusiastically recommend Kumo over all of the other local sushi businesses I've patronized thus far...
