Mainly because since moving to the West coast 46 years ago I've had a terribly bad time trying to find a pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, or dipping sauce that could measure up to the pizza and other sauces that I had growing up in Chicago. Well, Melo's is by far the closest I've come. And the pizza crusts are so crispy and chewy. Their pastas are absolutely delicious 😋. It's my favorite pizza joint that I've ever had out West.
