I ordered to-go for my gluten free family, and I'm allergic but the others are just sensitive, so I marked accordingly so staff would only have to take the extra steps with mine. My mother ordered sweet potato fries with her burger and I had the same burger, so I purposely ordered regular fries and a different bun to make it very easy to differentiate meals. I ordered gluten free pizza for the kids. The pizzas were extremely thin, but the kids enjoyed them. The sweet potato fries were very soggy. Unfortunately they did not give me the regular fries or the different bun I ordered and did not mark which burger was cooked for my allergy and so I couldn't eat because I just can't risk it. But I really thought with all the effort to make the distinction on the menu I would not experience this. My mother said her burger was good, however. "My family is obsessed with everything from here. The arroz con gandules is delicious, fluffy, and soft. The PASTELES are some of the best I've had! The Relleno De Papa and Alcapurria are seasoned to perfection and a favorite in my house. Same goes for the empanadas which are juicy on the inside. The sautéed chicken wrap was delicious in flavor but the outside of the wrap was a little too soggy for my liking. Overall this is one of our favorite places to order from. "
