"This was amazing! I hadn't been to Esmaralda's in a while and had never tried their Puffy Tacos til tonight, but I have been missing out! The ground beef was especially good- it had a surprising amount of flavor, and the shells were really crispy. Like a more portable version of a taco salad :) This with some French fries was a nice change to the usual Mexican dishes (although their chimichangas are also great). "We got the 2 for $25 cheeseburgers, sides and appetizer. There were a good amount of items to choose from. You could pick how you wanted the cheeseburger cooked and the toppings. They were the best burgers we have had in a while. The sides we got were fries and coleslaw and both were really good. The appetizer we picked was the honey bbq wings with ranch, also really good.
