"Extremely disappointing. I am native to the hometown so I try to support businesses like this, but this is the last time they will rob me of my money. Their sausage and peppers is extremely dry and they don't even cook their peppers. You have about two pieces of sausage on there thrown with a bunch of huge chunks of peppers that you cannot even eat the sandwich because it all falls apart due to the HUGE quarters of peppers. When they have a sandwich with mozzarella, they put the tiniest little slivers of mozzarella. The quality cannot get cheaper than this. I don't like how you guys try to brand yourselves as Italian and you're obviously not because an Italian would never. This is not an authentic Italian deli & after 10 years of giving you guys chances to rectify, I'm done."
