To further screw the patron? Furthermore, I can't taste a lick of garlic or butter on this lifeless flatbread. This meal was past its expiration and a huge regret. This was an incredibly fragrant and delicious pulao, the rice was perfectly cooked long-grain basmati, and the fried onions on top gave it the authentic pulao fragrance and taste. I really enjoyed it, and the generous amount of chana (chickpeas) made it more substantial and filling. Comes with raita (yoghurt dip) on the side, which was also just perfect.
