"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting. We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

"The first time I tried a banh mih sandwich was from this restaurant. I had heard of banh mih before and never thought I would like it because I'm not really a sandwich person. But I tried it on a whim from this restaurant and fell in love. Afterwards, I have tried other restaurants in the area that specialize in banh mih but none of them quite compare to this one. Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else.
