We ordered takeout earlier this week and it was so good we had to come back in person a few days later. On that visit, we all ordered the Dirty South pizza, a burger with fries, and the mini corn dogs, and everything was just as impressive. It came out hot, crispy, and fresh, with plenty of their amazing sauces. Honestly, we were blown away.
That experience alone would’ve been enough, but going in person sealed it. We were greeted right away by a super friendly staff, and our server was incredibly helpful. We started with the fried dough dip plate and then got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When we came back, my wife ordered the burger and fries again and it was dynamite all over again. Consistency like that says a lot.
Everything came out quickly, tasted incredible, and the whole team was so accommodating and genuinely welcoming, creating a really family-friendly atmosphere.
The vibe is awesome too. Laid-back, great music, plenty of space, and a really cool rock-and-roll garage aesthetic. You can tell the staff enjoys being there, which makes a huge difference.
And I have to mention the drinks. The dirty sodas, especially the vanilla Coke, are dangerously good. The kind of thing you could absolutely get hooked on.
And somehow, on top of all that, the prices are more than fair. It’s such a refreshing break from the overpriced downtown spots.
From start to finish, this place has it all: great food, great service, great atmosphere, and great prices. Total package."

"Two months ago when I ordered this simple cheese pizza, the asymmetrical crust had a hand-tossed look and flavor and the sauce tasted like it had been simmering on the stove for hours.
Today, it was as if I had ordered from a different restaurant. The crust was dense and bland and lacked the soft billowy edges that were there the last time.
Why was there something green on my pizza? I ordered the same plain cheese as I did before.
The small $10 salad was half the size of the one I got last time and definitely not worth $10. Romain lettuce and unflavored croutons. 
They either got a new chef or they changed the recipe but the authentic Brooklyn Pizza flavor is gone. I won't be ordering from here again.  "

No flavor on the actual risotto. My husband ate the couple scallops and trashed the rest. The bucatini pasta was so far overcooked I couldn't pick up a single noodle without it shredding apart and the egg and cheese mixture was mostly just pasta water. Flavorless. No salt whatsoever in either entree. Even the guanciale wasnt salty and it's supposed to be salt cured! We were so disappointed to spend this much with two entrees we ended up throwing out. Thankfully we ordered the whipped ricotta and prosciutto appetizers and those were both excellent. We would be willing to give this place another shot thanks to the apps but it's definitely not at the top of our list moving forward."

First off, of course, the food is great. I've gotten the hibachi chicken, chicken Fried Rice, and their sushi so far. Portions are huge - they do not skimp on the protein or rice at all. They all taste great and you can easily tell how high quality everything is. On top of that, you can tell they actually care in that kitchen. They package generous amounts of yum yum sauce with utensils, napkins, chopsticks, everything you would need, nicely wrapped in plastic.
