The noodles were a perfect texture and my broth was still pretty hot. Tantan broth is my favorite! The mini pork fried rice was really good. I like to put gyoza sauce on it and asked for a side of gyoza sauce in the special requests section and the restaurant included it with my order! The fish katsu is nice and thin and the fish is white and flaky. Comes with a side of katsu sauce. Yum!"
