I understand they make the bagels fresh and sometimes they run out of something. However, if they would reach out to give options for substitutions or even what they substituted before delivery, that would make ordering less of a gamble. Lastly, I paid an additional fee for the lox cream cheese in the bagel package, but got plain cream cheese delivered. It took extra steps to get a credit for this overcharge based on what was delivered. "
