My tuna roll wasn't tempura fried, which is fine but they didn't notify me or sub out the sauce, so it was basically an overpriced sushi roll. I also requested separate bags but they bagged it with a hot rice bowl underneath, which acted as a heater and cooked the plain, raw tuna roll. They also bagged the bowl of ice cream on top of the rice bowl. So it was a melted lump by the time it got here. Absolutely not the same quality we are used to with salt life. The tuna roll was chopped into 6 pieces, 1/2 inch to an inch thick, falling apart, with the avocado rind still attached in one of the pieces. "I was disappointed in just about everything we ordered. the egg rolls were definitely smaller and were very overcooked. almost felt like they were double cooked. and the large sweet and sour chicken was in this new container where you barley got a little more than half of what we usually order (we actually dumped one in a large box to see how high it would fill) the chicken also tasted stale again like it had been re-heated. Also much greasier then before which also leads me to believe it was all re-heated in oil. I usually get 2 large sweet and sour chickens which usually feeds 4 (and 3 teenagers also) these new containers barely fed the 3 teenagers. it seems obvious they are trying to give less and charge more. over $80 in food and barely fed 3 people. I will not be ordering from here again as I've been noticing for a while now their quality has gone down hill."

Singapore Mei Fun felt as if it was a higher quality than most other restaurants as it didn't feel as oily as most other restaurants and the curry seasoning/sauce didn't overpower the dish and allowed for the other flavors from the shrimp and pork to shine through with the rest of the dish. The 111. 陈皮鸡 / Orange Chicken was a nice treat as well. the chicken beneath the sauce still maintained a nice crispy texture when you bit into them which is nice as most other places have soggy chicken where it just falls apart the moment you stab a fork in them.
