It's authentic garlic and tastes wonderful -- reminds me of my Italian grandmother's kitchen. As an immigrant she lived in a basement apartment in downtown Portsmouth, and we'd visit on evenings. You could smell the authentic garlic from blocks away. I also like the options for seasonings and cheeses.
