The Beef Empanada (#2), was very good and overstuffed! Flavorful and filling. I would have loved to try the Beef and Cheese Empanada but they were out.. :( The restaurant replaced with a Meatball Parm Empanada. It wasn't bad, but not something I would want in an empanada (this is my personal preference). The Chicken and Cheese Empanada was really stuffed with chicken. However, I did not taste any cheese, therefore it was a little dry. It was still good. I think the amount of chicken included needed a little moisture.
