"The food this time was really good. I had the oxtails with rice and peas and a chicken soup. They gave me a nice portion of oxtails with just the right amount of gravy, and the rice was soft this time. The chicken soup was excellent, nice flavor and a big piece of chicken in it. I was really happy with my order. I’m gonna be honest though, I’ve had mixed experiences here. The first time I went in person the food was really good, but then I ordered delivery through DoorDash one time and it was horrible, like a completely different place. "First..these empanadas are stuffed with your choice of fillings! 2 can be a meal for me. The Jerk Chicken Empanada was my favorite hands down! I loved it! If you're not a fan of heat...this may not be for you but, try it anyway..lol!! This had the right amount of heat, wasn't dry, was filling and tasty. The Beef Empanada (#2), was very good and overstuffed! Flavorful and filling. I would have loved to try the Beef and Cheese Empanada but they were out.. :( The restaurant replaced with a Meatball Parm Empanada. It wasn't bad, but not something I would want in an empanada (this is my personal preference). The Chicken and Cheese Empanada was really stuffed with chicken. However, I did not taste any cheese, therefore it was a little dry. It was still good. I think the amount of chicken included needed a little moisture. BTW..my family and I shared these empanadas and they contributed their opinions."
