As if the chef filled them up with hot filling and poured the sauce over the top. A tortilla should be cooked to some extent. I ended up not finishing. Again, the overall flavor was very good. Unique sauce. I have to mention the packaging was excellent. They use a high quality plastic container that won't spill or leak. Enchiladas had three separate compartments for the rice and bean sides (which were very good). Nachos were in a large container so they were very neatly arranged when opened and not crushed at all. We were able to bring everything up to the roof and eat because the containers were so solid. They give a huge portion of chips w the Chips and Salsa. Will definitely order from here again. Wish I had ordered a cocktail. "
