"I work in the area and used to come here often, though I hadn’t been in for a few months. I was such a loyal customer that I had gotten friendly with the funny man at the register. I always order the same thing, so I’m familiar with the prices and portions. This time, I ordered the 20oz Soda as I have many times before.
There was a new employee at the register who seemed unsure and gave me a small can of seltzer instead. I asked if that was correct, and she said yes.
