I asked that she please make sure my sauces are in the bag and that all my food is fresh and most importantly no salt on my fries. when I received my food everything was hot fresh and delicious I had all my sauces in my bag there was napkins and my lemonade was ice cold. normally when I get lemonade from there it's room temperatured. I never got her name but tomorrow I'll be calling in and speaking with the manager and letting them know that more of the workers need to be like her and actually listen to the customers. "I ordered a sub two days after getting my wisdom tooth at at about 6pm. I requested it toasted so the meat and cheese would be soft enough to chew on one side without irritating the other. It wasn't toasted at all. The steak was very hard, like unusually chewy. I tried eating it with a knife and fork, it was cutting the paper before fully cutting through the sub. I used my knife I sharpened a few days ago. The bread tasted extremely stale, I ended up throwing it away and wasting $20. If you want a sub, go in person so they don't screw you over."

However, when it came to the actual food quality, I was left somewhat disappointed. The sloppy joes, in particular, failed to meet my expectations. On a brighter note, the fries provided a glimmer of hope amidst the underwhelming main dish. They were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and had a delightful golden color. While they had the potential to be a delicious side, they fell short due to an odd aftertaste.
