I also happened to be going to a small gathering with friends and ended up also ordering the 一磅烧肉 / 1 LB Roast Pork & 叉烧/鸡肉炒饭 / BBQ or Chicken Fried Rice. The fried rice paired well with the roast pork. I was very impressed with the roast pork since we usually go to the CID for some really amazing roast pork. The chicken itself tasted fresh, but the portion was much smaller than what I normally receive when dining in. For almost $22, I expected the same amount, but it came in a very small box and didn’t feel worth the price at all. The fried rice also didn’t seem fresh and wasn’t the same quality I’m used to. When you’re paying these prices, you expect consistency whether you’re dining in or ordering delivery. If delivery portions are smaller, the price should reflect that, or there should be different size options. It’s frustrating to pay full price and receive less food and lower quality than usual.
