I ordered a $ .98 side of sour cream and the little container they put it in was too big for the amount of sour cream I was given. I got such a tiny scoop that I compared it to a tablespoon. It would benefit everybody if there was some sort of regular training and someone who checked on the employees and orders for quality and consistency. Maybe if there were some random and independent reviews done by the management and corporate office, it would motivate certain employees to be more careful, and want to provide better quality of service and food for their customers. I don't work in the food industry, so Iwon't talk about what I don't know. I'm simply trying to help one of the restaurants that I enjoy, and everyone connected to it, to give some suggestions that could benefit the restaurant itself, the employees, as well as the customers who enjoy it. I used to frequent a Taco Bell near my house for decades. But it was not a consistent or quality establishment after awhile. I stopped eating there.
