The La Fusion Style Salmon Sushi and Caliente Style Yellowtail Sushi were packed in the same container; while I understand why, it did allow the different flavors to mix in with each other. Next time, I plan on ordering standalone rolls to try them out. The bento box was packaged securely and had good portions - I ordered the chicken karaage and teriyaki salmon. The chicken came with a brown/dijon mustard, which I'm not typically a fan of. But the chicken, itself, was good on its own - and if I wanted sauce, I used the teriyaki sauce that accompanied the salmon."

The yellowtail collar, aka known as yellowtail kama is so nice and rich. As well as so incredibly meaty. Tonight I asked for a recommendation, as Jasmine (staff) was mentioning the "Magnolia Roll," another customer said "he was introduced to that and now orders it all the time. ". I can see why - a lovely amount of spicy tuna around a piece of shrimp tempura, with avocado and freshwater eel on the outside of the rice. I loved it. I give this restaurant a 5 star, not only because of the food, but I find the staff so incredibly accommodating. Jasmine always knows my name and it makes feel very welcome. I tried this place on a whim, now they have my business 2-3 times a week. I could go on and on, but I recommend giving them a try!!"
