"Full Disclosure: I spent 12 years in a city that's well-known for its BBQ, so I'm a self-admitted "BBQ Snob." Smoke House gets it right! Every time! The Brisket, either sandwich or plate, is tender, with the perfect amount of flavor. The sauce enhances it, but is not a requirement -- a mark of great BBQ! The Smoked Chicken Wings have been perfect the times I've ordered them. They're cooked just right. The chef recommended the Jerk sauce, so that's been my default, but I know I need to try another. The sides I've tried all have been amazing! The Cole Slaw was so fresh, flavorful and clearly homemade, and I have problems with so many cole slaws. Beans, usually not my go-to, but good beans = good BBQ and these were GOOD BEANS! Finally, the Collards and the Corn Bread also both were standouts. I am so glad I found Smoke House and look forward to continuing my plan of eating my way through their menu!"
