Who would want to eat that or pay that much money but then have the problem of an untoasted bagel? This time it was a single serving of lox - one slice - when the order was a double. Ordered capers, one side had no capers. All the capers were wadded up in the bagel hole, on one side. What the heck? Management needs to step through routines with staff and do double checks before sending orders out."
