"Takeout order - ordered American * American Dream , Lobster Bisque , Boneless Short Rib , Mushroom Risotto , Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll, Rock Shrimp Tempura, * Takayama , and Japanese Fried Rice / Udon/yaki Soba (with shrimp). Overally, very disappointing. The best thing was the Mushroom Risotto side - great depth of flavor, using forbidden rice was a very nice touch for that. Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll was just a spicy tuna roll - no crunch. Lobster Bisque was OK. Takayama roll was not good - was not crunchy and no jalapeño. American Dream roll also not as described. The fried rice was an absolute let down - dry, no flavor, and the tiny shrimp you get in cheap Chinese fried rice. Short rib was the biggest disappointment. Very nice piece, but lacking any flavor and needed more cook time - still tough and not a good mouth feel when chewing through. This place is new - but they do have another older location in commack - the food shouldn't be this poor. And those signature rolls? not going to cut it with what Moca is delivering in that regard just across the street. "

"Honestly this place slaps everytime, ive tried all their chicken dishes and enjoyed them all, very filling. Their Mac salad is delish. Today we tried some apps the Shrimp Shumai and Spam Musubi (2) and enjoyed both for never having musubi before. A new favorite!"

"We had high hopes for this restaurant because it is pretty unique, but the food was pretty subpar. The Pork Chashu Bun was packaged in the bag on its side, so it had completely fallen apart; the meat portion in it was generous, but it was fairly dry and unflavorful. The Hawaii BBQ Beef was decently cooked, but barely had flavor, so if I had not happened to order a side of Hawaiian bbq sauce it would have been really bland (and for $1, they only gave a half ramikan). The Hawaii Original Katsu was overcooked, and didn't come with any dipping sauce---and even though I ordered no rice, it came sitting in a container on top of rice. My boyfriend's Taro milk shake was extremely sweet he said, but nice and thick. My boyfriend like his Spam Musubi (2), but wished it had a sauce to dip it in so made one for himself. I enjoyed my Peach Berry Green Tea , but I didn't order bubbles because the description said it had fresh fruit in it already, which ended up not being true."

"Was afraid to stray from my usual order (mix roll) because it's outrageously good and I love to eat it, but ventured to try the Chicken Makhni (Butter Chicken) and Zinger Burger, along with my favorite side Cheese Nan. Whoa-this was the best butter chicken I've ever had. I could eat the cheese naan dipped in the butter chicken all day long. Zinger Burger was excellent as well, very tasty and very substantial. Portion size for the price is insane here with every dish, so me and ny husband got completely stuffed (with leftovers) for under 20 bucks. Will keep coming back to BBQ Nite!"

"Nothing like the original zinger. The portion was great but I just wish they would leave the onions and just put mayo and cheese and call it a day. Also there were two separate chicken tenders on the burger not even a filet. "
