The Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings (6)玲珑小笼包 had a decent amount of soup but the skins were too thick & flavor just ok. The Pan-Fried Pork Buns (6) were mostly dough very little filling & not much flavor. Wouldnt get any of these again. I liked the flavor of the Chinese Burger w.Lamb 羊肉夹馍r though it's not a burger but rather pieces of lamb kind of like shwarma but with cumin in a kind of bao bun. It would have used some sauce so I added tzatziki I had at home. Overall this cost over $80 and I didn't really enjoy most of it so it was disappointing. "

Couple menu suggestions: the 12. Pan-fried Shrimp & Chives Dumpling (3 Pieces) are very good, but they will unavoidably get a little soggy. We tried the chicken version of 15. Steamed Cabbage Pork or Chicken Dumpling (6 Pieces) / 西水餃 and is usually the case with chicken dumplings, it is a bit bland, so prob better to stick with pork. If you've tried the Hoboken location, I think this one is a little better. "
