I also found other small bones in my chicken taco and the entire joint of a chicken thigh in my tamale, which was rojo and not verde like I ordered. I've never had a tamale with bone-in meat before, so I found this odd. It also lacked favor and the tamale dough was plasticky and not tasty at all. I tossed most of it. The deluxe bagel at 16$ did not come with scallion cream cheese (it was regular cream cheese and about a tablespoon of it). It did not come with the tomatoes. It did not come with capers. The salmon was delicious. In paying so much for a breakfast bagel, however, it is a problem that the product listed was not the one received. Much of the menu was falsely advertised. "Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant. I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."

"This was our second order from Clove Garden. Once again, they were so conscientious and caring in how they made our order. They cooked my Tamarind Eggplant special to keep it 100% gluten-free. Normally, the eggplant is breaded and deep-fried but they pan fried it for me without any flour. Everything was delicious again! I do need to warn others here that DoorDash sometimes makes up inaccurate descriptions or mismatches pictures. The Plain Uttappam is really plain. There are no tomatoes, onions and chilis. A couple of the supposedly vegan dishes like Kadai Vegetable had paneer added. That seems to be on the restaurant. Maybe because I also had ordered dairy? I'm looking forward to visiting the restaurant in person to dine in. They do an excellent job packing up the food and delivering it very hot, but it would be so much nicer to eat unreal plates."

Fish and Chips was a huge disappointment as it was consistently my favorite meal. Today, the portion was half the usual size. The "steak fries", which were $3 more than normal fries, were insulting. Thin, flimsy, soggy excuse for fries. For a steak fry, they were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. I may order from Hailey's again in a couple of months in the hope the food will return to its former glory though I will not hold my breath after tonight."

"Wouldn order again. The beef empanada is extremely dry and mostly just the dough, barely any filling. The beef quibe is so dry I couldn’t eat it, it crumbled down on my mouth, it was over fried. The chicken balls are also extremely dry, even the one with catupiry. It’s like all the fillings were overcooked and nothing is moist or pleasant to bite. The dessert don’t make it better either. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous. The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it. The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."
